My Mopar Story

My Passion For Roadrunners

I have always had a passion for the Roadrunner, Beep, Beep. At a very young age I was hooked and have been a die hard MOPAR fan ever since. It all started when I was a child, my father had a 1970 Roadrunner and I used to sit on the center fold down console seat while he would drive me around. My father sold his 1970 Roadrunner when I was only five and it became a goal of mine to own one someday.

Me & Dad

As a child/teenager I looked through many auto traders and automotive magazines to try and find “The One,” a perfect Roadrunner that had every option and stood out. Of course, back then it would have had to be priced very low as I had no job and was still going to school. It was always a dream to own the perfect Roadrunner so when I became an adult I started looking, I mean dreaming, to find the perfect car for the right price. I looked at many Roadrunners that I liked but could not afford any of them, besides they were not exactly what I wanted. I wanted one that was perfect with all the cool options and so I continued my search for many years.

My Passion turns to Reality

Purchased on December 17, 2003 from the original owner’s daughter, this one of a kind ’70 Roadrunner has been 100% restored. Every option that was offered is on the car as well as a custom built drive train. There is not another one like it! Built to perfection, it is better than new. This car has been appraised and scored Excellent in all categories.

The car is now complete, and I enjoy going to car shows with my Father and Grandfather as we get to spend quality time together doing something we all love. Through this process I learned a valuable lesson. Never let your dreams die, they are possible. Hard work and dedication eventually does pay off as I have a beautifully restored vehicle that I am extremely proud to own.
